On the 24th of May there will be a great excursion to the Ingredients establishment of VION!
VION is a big meat producer in the Netherlands, Denmark and the United Kingdom. VION is responsible for the production of most of the meat that you can buy in the supermarkets. S...ustainability is very important for VION: they are the initiators of the better meat classification system and they produce sustainable energy out of the byproducts and scrap of the meat production. This production of sustainable energy is called Ecoson by VION.
