Imagine, you can contribute to the fantastic project called: Generic Adoption Strategy and Structure. In this Project, we aim to make, describe and create a uniform way of working with changes and develop a strategy and structure. You will contribute to the changes that IT infra need to make the One digital Workplace matter. This is a completely new working environment for employees worldwide. The project has two main components:
It involves a strategic component, making the colleagues aware of the changes we need to make and create a culture where everyone is ready to embrace the adoption.
Tactical and operational organizing in change management around The One Digital Workspace for all Rabobank employees.
Making a difference
The fun part: you can choose which assignment you would like to contribute. For example, you could work with stakeholders worldwide, develop a communication plan or visit local banks.
